A Brief History of the Company
D.M. Robichaud Associates Ltd. was incorporated August 11, 1991 under the laws of Ontario, and operates its main office in the City of Oshawa, near Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
The company is an experienced specialty installation organization in the field of sewer pipeline rehabilitation utilizing Trenchless or No-Dig techniques throughout Ontario. The company employ's 50 people and is equally owned by David Robichaud and Earl Brousseau, whose joint backgrounds in trenchless sewer rehabilitation that span over 30 years each in the industry. Most of our technical field crews have been with us since the start of the business and we are able to offer you these benefits of a quality courteous professional service.
The company has strong financial resources, high limit bonding facilities, excellent insurance policies, and is in good standing with the Worker's Compensation Board.
The company has completed virtually every kind of major municipal underground project utilizing it's trenchless technology methods that include the disciplines of inspections of manholes, main sewers, and lateral services with detailed analysis in all of these conduits to verify all the deficiencies. We then design and install the most cost-effective, long-term (50 year) design, rehabilitative processes available in the industry.
The company is a licensee of several patented processes for all the sewer rehabilitation needs, and is highly skilled in video assessment, manhole sealing, sewer sealing, sewer lining, structural spot repairs, lateral service T-lining, robotic technologies, engineering, project planning, cost estimates, and specification preparation.
The company is respected for it's unique structural spot repairs and lining methods in both lateral and sewer mains that have saved municipalities money when open-cut excavation or tunneling is a costly alternative.
The construction techniques and latest equipment used are state-of-the-art and the company has the proven experience in the supply of specialty services in this unique market of sewer rehabilitation. The company also has a reputation of completing its projects irrespective of how difficult the challenge, on time and within the contract limits. The company has provided extensive sub-consultant services on major extraneous flow reduction programs undertaken by municipalities to prime consulting engineering companies.
